As I see it, love as an energy, a powerful source that is the meaning of live and the source of life. By giving love you create love and get love.

Everything is built by energy but the energy comes in different shapes. There is high and low energy, warm and cold etc and it can need to be adjusted in our bodies. Some people are healers and claim they can arrange our energies in a way that makes us happy, healthy and in balance.

I tried a free healing service with Tomas who did healing on a distance with me. I did not know that the healing was taking part but when looking back in my calender I got a shock. At the same time he was helping me I had a very strong moment of turbulence in my heart. I was out for a walk and suddenly had to go into a park and cry my eyes out!!
